Connectivity, Storage & Parking
Does the facility have adequate WIFI connectivity throughout? May we have the network and password please?
We utilize quite a few road cases. Is there any space in the venue for storage? If not, we can put them back on the truck, though this will lead to a longer load out.
We use a large box truck. Is there parking on the grounds? If not, where may we park it?
Hospitality & Requirements
Have meals been arranged by the client for the band / crew? We ask so we can make alternate arrangements if needed. We have 3 pescatarians and a total of 9 with crew and DJ.
Is there a space for the band to change, store personal items, sit before the show? (A greenroom). If there is no green room, is there a restroom with mirror and outlet in close proximity?
Do you have any special requirements / restrictions of which we should be aware? We utilize water-based haze for lighting. Do you have a dB threshold or require house speakers / PA?
